Privacy Policy

Douglas-Electric, LLC (“we”) runs this website so customers can learn about our electrical services and ask for help. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you send a service request we receive the details you type in: your name, phone number, email address, town, the type of work and your message. Our web server also records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visited, which helps us keep the site secure and understand how it is used.

How we use it

We use your request only to contact you about your electrical work, to schedule and quote it, and to keep a record of the job. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with anyone except where needed to do the work you asked for or where the law requires it.

Cookies

The site uses a session cookie so the request form works securely. If analytics are enabled, they use cookies to count visits in aggregate.
